My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. I was just at your store located at 69 & 344 in Bullard, Tx. I bought a pack of Marlboro 72 in gold. The sign beside it read $4.70 but your employee rang it up as$4.90. When I questioned that fact she said someone put it up there wro g. So I went to take a picture of it to send you. She ran over & put her hand in the way sayin I couldn’t take a picture in her store. I said I would tell the manager & she said she was the manager! I will not be goin back to that store!!! If this is how your employees treat their regular customers, then I won’t be goin to ANY Dollar General stores again!!!
I have a 401k with dollar g that I want to acess. I lost my login info and can’t resolve. You have to jump through hoops to get to money I invested. I am sick of it. The store near me in Lake Worth has rude employees I was at a gathering recently where someone wad so furious with DG in Lake Worth Fl I would be embarassed to say I worked for the corporation.
I got hurt in a DG Aug 6 2013. A 2 liter exploded on shelf. Flew off shelf and hit my right side of right knee. No one will allow me to get medical I am being refused. I would appreciate If someone would respond to this. I have a injury. My email is here use it. All u did was come to shop. Brenda

Bad how the company works
I was in the Dollar General in Elkton MD and overheard a couple of the employees talking. I have to say that i am very unhappy with what i heard. It appears that a manger of the store is asking employees to work off the clock. This is against the law. Employees are suppose to be paid for anytime worked and asking them to work for free is unfair and unlawful. If this is the practive of Dollar General i will no longer shop there and will make sure my family no longer shops there as well. Thank you for you prompt attention to this matter; i hope that you deal with this promptly and take the appropriate action with the manager of that store.
I want you to know what I think of your store here in Auburn Ne. I am handicapped and have to use a power chair to get around. The store is so cluttered I can’t get through most of the isles. The store is so dirty I would hate to say when it was even swept last. The stuff on the shelves is dirty. The help you have here is the rudist I have ever seen. Ihave asked for help getting items too high to reach, might as well forget that. Don’t happen. Needless to say I will no longer shop the Dollar General store here. There is a nice and CLEAN Family Dollar store in NE. City (20 miles) that will be getting my business from now on. I don’t really look for anything to change here since its been this for a long time. The health dept.needs to lock the doors. Thanks and have a nice day.
I am just writing in regards to 2 of your stores that I shop at.
Clearwater Sc and Beech Island SC.
Some one really needs to get with the managers on these stores they are in need of desperate cleaning. The isles are always blocked by one thing or another,
Can hardly walk through the one in Clearwater with all the clutter and the shelves do not look like they have been organized in forever, everything is all mixed up and there is no way a handicap person can shop there . Someone really needs to step up and see about these stores, they are not doing their jobs and corporate is not doing theirs by not checking on these stores on a regular basis.
I would love to be a manager of one of these stores just to get them cleaned up its terrible. I will travel a longer route to a cleaner store.
I rented a rug doctor @ the Bullsboro drive location , near Thomas crossroads The gentleman that rented it to me was courteous and helpful. When I returned it two women were in the store, no other customers. One was on her sell phone at the cash register and the other one was walking around that area . after 10 minutes of being ignored I just left the machine and walked out . Very rude behavior for two employees to ignore me stranding there !
