Does Target take a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon? Because Publix had blinkie coupons for $1 off 2 Eggo Waffles!

My Target at Mitchell Ranch doesn’t have Waffles and the one by Boot Ranch doesn’t have them on sale. Did anyone find it on sale at another Target in the Pasco/Pinellas county?
