With Cinco de Mayo around the corner, Mexican is on the mind! I made fresh, homemade salsa last night for the first time, and I have to admit, it was really good. My husband even ate the little minuscule tomatoes in it (which he NEVER does), so it was a hit! You can read my post HERE for the recipe.
