**UPDATE**
Apparently Brita will be honoring the rebates because of the voice of the people (that is, couponers). Here is their most latest post:
Thanks Christina for sharing this on Addicted to Saving’s Facebook page!
Some of you have asked about the $10 Brita Mail-in-Rebate offer that was on their Facebook page, but as you can see from the above post by Brita, they will not be honorning it. So if you’re still planning on doing that deal, DON’T!
However, if you have bought it already and were counting on the rebate, save your receipt and go to their Facebook page HERE and at least leave a record of your complaint. I would advise being nice of course, but firm. The squeaky wheel usually gets the oil in situations like this!
Thanks For the Mommas for the pic and notice!
I am not sure how they can do that since I thought there was an ad in one of the coupon circulars about the rebate. So it not only affects those facebook friends but also those that read the circular. Poor planning and poor customer service, if you ask me.
Downloadable rebate forms were limited, and only original prints to be honored. I still have my original rebate form on my corkboard, our stores have been sold out. Either the can’t count, or they’ve been scammed by their own forms. Both circumstances make for bad business.
so does this mean even though we registered on their website last week, got the rebate but have not sent it in yet, they will not honor it…..if so, they need to be reported, this is false advertising….on both their facebook page as well as their website.
I am going to take back the pitcher I got yesterday, that is just wrong to offer a good rebate to get you to buy it then say too bad, sucker. I hope alot of people return this, no way to do business,
i am going to return it today.
WHERE CAN I GET A REBATE FORM?
where can i find the rebate form?
