Hubby went with the pork chops and was not disappointed – how could you be with that hickory bourbon barbecue sauce smothered all over the top of it?

The coastal trio will be my next try — I have only had lobster once in my life. That was many years ago. This looks like a great opportunity to give it another try. If it turns out I still don’t like lobster, I’ll just give it to my husband while I still enjoy the shrimp scampi and tilapia that comes with this meal!
