Mother’s Day Gift Guide

One of my favorite blog posts that I type up throughout the year is our Gift Guides. I love to share new gift ideas and family favorite gift ideas with all of you throughout the year! This Mother’s Day, I’m sharing only a few of my favorite gift ideas. These gift ideas are all items I use daily and love. It’s a small list because I wanted to keep this Mother’s Day Gift Guide very concise with literally the only gifts I would want this year (if I didn’t already have them). 🙂

Through the years I have relied on the beauty of Teleflora’s bouquets to help brighten each holiday. This Mother’s Day, their floral arrangement “All Eyes On You” is my absolute favorite. The bouquet comes in a bubble glass vase which is clear glass at the top and then transitions to a dark purple at the bottom. The arrangement is filled with hot pink roses, pink spray roses, light pink asiatic lilies, purple stock, lavender cushion spray chrysanthemums, purple sinuata statice, huckleberry, and leatherleaf fern.

For those of you are eat low carb, follow KETO or are just trying to reduce your sugar intake, this is for you. When I started watching my sugar intake, I found that my daily coffees were no longer enjoyable. I didn’t enjoy regular stevia in my coffee and found the aftertaste was bitter and just yuck. Pyure has made my coffees enjoyable again. I don’t use a lot of it – just a little – but it sweetens my coffee with a hint of vanilla and doesn’t leave the yucky aftertaste that regular stevia left. If you are looking for a sugar free sweetener with stevia, try this out!

Cell phone covers are a necessity aren’t they?!? My husband and I both got new iPhone 8s and I took my time getting a cell phone cover. BIG MISTAKE. For some reason, I have found the iPhone 8 to be crazy slippery. Without a cover, I’ve had it sitting on a chair and when  my phone has vibrated from either playing music or receiving a phone call, the phone will fall right off the chair. I’ve had it slip off of my nightstand when it’s vibrated.. I’ve even had it slip off of my kitchen counter. It’s either possessed or Apple intentionally made the phone slippery with the hopes of us having to replace them quickly. My phone fell to the ground at least 5 times and on the sixth time, the screen shattered.

Enter OtterBox. If I had just purchased an OtterBox cover early on, I wouldn’t have this cracked screen on my phone now. I now have the OtterBox Symmetry cover  in Rose Gold on my phone. Because I have two little kiddos who touch my phone – and also because I want extra protection –  I also have OtterBox Alpha Glass Protector on my screen.

My husband needs even more protection on his phone because of all of the traveling he does. He has a Black/Clear OtterBox Pursuit Series phone cover as well as the  OtterBox Alpha Glass Protector.

These founds are expensive luxuries and I’ve learned the hard way the importance of protecting my investment.

I use my Flipy Soft Pillow Lap Stand every day. If I’m reading or watching a movie on my tablet, scrolling through my phone or even reading a regular book, I use my Flipy Lap Stand.
