FYI: I tried to use the $3 off coupon off ANY disposable BIC razors. Wal-mart manager told me that it was only good on the 4 count razors that ranged $5+, (even though the coupon stated any). Reason: because those are the razors in the picture on the coupon.
It was suggested to me if you have trouble with Wal-Mart accepting legitimate coupons to call Bentonville, AR home office of Wal-Mart.
