$5.00 in Kellogg’s Coupons in Select Cereal Boxes

While shopping at Publix today, I purchased four boxes of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and one box of Pop-Tarts and with the sale and available coupons, I was able to get everything for $5.90 or $1.18 each.  (Scroll to the bottom of this post to see the scenario)  AND, the boxes of Frosted Flakes all promised $5.00 worth of coupons inside!  We actually are giving the cereal away (we donate approximately 50% of our groceries each week) but since our cereal is going to friends, I opened all four boxes and snagged the coupons 😉   The coupons expire 11/1/13.  Below is a list of the coupons.  All coupons state “Limit of four like coupons in the same shopping trip.”

• $2.00 off 2 Gallons of Milk (any brand or flavor) and two Kellogg’s Cereals 10 oz+
• $1.00/2 Kellogg’s Krave Cereals
• $0.50 off Fresh Eggs (any brand or size) wyb three Kellogg’s Cereals 10 oz+
• $1.50/1 Seattle’s Best Coffee

If you shop at Publix, below is the scenario for the current sale that ends Wednesday 3/13 or Tuesday 3/12 depending on where you live:

Buy four Kellogg’s Cereal: Frosted Flakes, 14.7 to 17.2 oz, BOGO $3.95 for two
Buy one Kellogg’s Pop Tarts on sale 2/$5.00
Minus one FREE Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts wyb (3) Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes, Crunchy Nut or Corn Pops, exp. 3/8/13 (Publix Yellow Advantage)
Minus one $1/3 Kellogg’s Cold Cereals, excludes single serve, TARGET **n0te – my store let me use the Free Pop-Tarts Publix coupon along with the Target coupon.  Some stores may allow only one or the other
Minus one $1/3 Kellogg’s Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, Krave, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Crunchy Nut, Frosted Flakes, 8.7 oz+
Total Due: $5.90 or $1.18 each
