Final Cost: $1.19 Each! (ever so slightly cheaper than the 500 ct without the peelie, $0.0031 vs $0.0034 per q-tip)

If you’re like me, if I have anything else I’m buying at Target, I just separate my order into two transactions so the gift card deals comes first and then I use the gift cards on the rest of my order. 🙂
