UPDATE: Once you receive your code, you can use it online or in store. When using online, click on “Add Gift Card” in the payment section and enter the number you were given. The CID is the 4-digit code after the gift card number. When using in-store, the cashier will probably need to call a manager to override the payment. For some reason, they cannot manually enter the gift card number (the register directs them to swipe or scan the card). But, when I used it the manager came over and entered it with no problems.

Even better, you can use this with a coupon AND it holds the remaining balance!
