Every week I post the sneak peek and coupon matchups for these grocery stores (and many more). I like seeing the sneak peeks because it allows me to plan ahead. If a certain cereal or juice is on sale that I need, and the sale starts in a few days, I will hold off on buying that item until it goes on sale 🙂

My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed.
