So odd because it let me! I pasted the free shipping code last and it took off shipping. Can you try removing all of the codes and then starting over?

Do you have to pay with your Kohls card maybe?
I changed payment to my Kohls card and that didn’t make a difference. I placed the order and then I called customer service. I was told there has been a problem with that code and to wait until my order says completed and then call back and they will adjust the shipping.
Thanks for the update. I actually just tried using the code (on a different deal I was about to type up) and it didn’t work. So I wonder if they pulled it? Or like you said if there is a problem and it will work again later… Sorry for the inconvenience Megan!
