I’m not overwhelmed with this week’s CVS ad. I’m taking a week off from shopping at CVS this week. However, if you have ECBs that are expiring or want to get some still decent deals, check out the scenarios I created below. With today’s three transactions, I do have you spending a bit more out of pocket ($14.86). However, that does not factor in the $1.00 Cash Back you will receive from Ibotta and the $5.00 Cash Back from the Mail in Rebate. If we factor in the cash back, we will only spend $9.86!
This post includes specific items you can purchase and coupons that you can use to maximize your dollar AND your Extra Care Bucks at CVS. If you have Extra Care Bucks leftover from last week, apply those towards your transactions to spend even less out of money!
Please know that you do not have to follow these transactions if you do not want to. The goal of this post is to help you get an idea on how to roll your Extra Care Bucks from one scenario to the next. Please also know that these transactions do not take into account tax. Every state taxes differently so you may need to budget a little extra to cover tax.

**Also – Don’t forget that your ECBs will expire in a few weeks and if you let them expire, you are basically throwing away money. If you are concerned you will let them expire and you want to use them now, I would put your ECBs towards paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, etc which are hard to get dirt cheap!
