Photo Show & Tell: Eggo Pancakes, Cannellini Beans, Wright Bacon and more

What a week! While I love the idea of 3 day weekends, in actuality, they throw my whole week off. I’ve spent every day each week thinking it was a different day! This week’s grocery trip was all about stocking up on canned beans. Most of you know that I love using beans in pretty much any and every meal that I make. There was a time when I had literally 50 or 60 cans of beans in my stockpile. Now, however, I’m down to just a couple cans of black beans. So, I was excited to get cannellini beans as well as refried beans. I also loved the Wright bacon deal. My hubby loves to make breakfast and I know he will put the bacon to good use!
