What does, ECB WYB, mean in the explanation of the Cottonelle sale?

WYB . . . when you buy, So, in this case you need to buy $30 worth of product in order for this scenario to work, which means 3 of the $9.99 packages would get you a $10.00 ECB. These work fabulously. I have been using a $10.00 ECB and getting it back for over a year now. In this case, I will use a $10 ecb that I already have, and I will pay $18.47. I will get a new $10 ECB to replace the one that I will use.
