I ordered this Tutu Halloween Costume for my daughter and it was delivered on Saturday night. I wanted to take a look at the quality before posting this deal and I was not disappointed! This outfit dress, headband & ballet slippers are not only adorable but the quality is such that it should last Halloween and also for dress-up! (We haven’t tried the ballet slippers on yet – they look like they will be too large for my daughter.) There are 7 different outfits to choose from at $12.99. The description says that it fits girls between the ages of 3-5. My daughter is almost 2 and she is skinny.
