I called my Publix regarding this booklet. The customer service desk stated that these are definitely “Publix” coupons and can be matched with manufacturers!! YAY! She said it states manufacturer because the mfg had an agreement with Publix, but the LU # along with no barcode makes it clearly a “Publix coupon”. Hopefully we can save big!
