Regarding the American Express gift card… Can I buy one this week and use it next week to pay for my food purchases at publix? Are there restrictions on what youc an buy with the card?

FYI, Publix has the Baileys (160z) flavored coffee creamer 2/3 with a $1/1 coupon (in store dispenser). Makes it .50cents.
FYI, Publix has new coupon brochures in stores in support of women’s heart health. Coupons are for Diet Coke, Campbells’ soup, ragu, dasani bottled water, swanson premium chicken breast cans, Pepperidge Farm Baked snacks, Orville Redenbacher’s popcorn.
