So, I’m loving Publix Italian Days! What about you guys? I know so many of you asked me to go shopping yesterday because you wanted to see my Photo Show and Tell yesterday and while I didn’t shop yesterday, I did shop first thing this morning. I started off my shopping trip asking customer service how they would accept the Publix Italian Days coupons. I highly recommend you do the same thing. DO NOT go by my shopping trip and coupon usage since every Publix has a different policy. I actually think my store is too lenient with the coupons and I told my manager that. But, I also told him I would take advantage of the leniency. 😉 I did have a great trip today. As you can see, I really took advantage of the Progresso Canned Beans! They are a staple in my house. I make black bean soup, white chicken chili, regular chili, plain black beans, black beans on salads, and many more recipes with beans. I may even type up an awesome recipe for black bean soup for you all – it goes perfectly with this week’s sales. I bought a lot of Green Giant veggies and most of them are for my favorite 18 month old friend. She likes corn and green beans so she is getting most of my canned veggies. I will keep a few cans of corn to use in Shepard’s Pie. YUM. I also took advantage of the awesome Sargento Cheese deal! I wasn’t able to score the cheese for free since my inserts didn’t have the $1.00/2 manufacturer coupon, but I was able to score them for $0.25 each which is perfectly fine by me! Oh – and the last deal I have to point out is the California Sun Dried Tomatoes and Pesto. It is hard to tell in the picture but I bought four jars of them. They are pricey and there are no coupons for them, but they are on sale BOGO which they never are. So, if that is something you would use, even without a coupon I am telling you it is okay to buy a few jars of them. 🙂

Wow, those are some impressive stacks there. You could use both the $1/4 and the $5/20 coupons for the Progresso beans? I thought that would count as two Publix store coupons for the same item.

I noticed the Colgate Pro Clinical is on clearance for 0.99. I had a couple of $1.00 off coupons which could be used for the Pro Clinical toothpastes as well! I bought 5 today!

JRFrugalMom, I don’t know what browser you’re using, but when I try to print coupons.com coupons from Mozilla Firefox, it won’t let me. I have no problems when I print from Internet Explorer, though. The same also applies for the RedPlum. SmartSource prints fine from both for me. Weird!

Liza,Great trip!!…once again I want to know what you do with all of this Sominex you buy for overage? I notice you buy this a lot for the overage. Do you have someone/some place that you donate it to? I did the deal once and still have the Sominex sitting in my house because we don’t use it.
Hey Kathy – Truthfully – we don’t use Sominex or Vivarin.. I have a huge bag of them and I too am trying to figure out what to do with it! I’ve given them away to a friend once who said she would use them but besides that, I haven’t figured out where I can donate them.. If I come up with anything, I will let you know! 🙂

Hey Missy – I really don’t have any hints.. Make sure you are checking under the south east’s zipcodes.. I always found them under zip 34655 but I’ve printed my coupons now.. If you can’t find them under 34655, try 30303, 30187, etc.. They may be gone now? Good luck and I hope you find them.
Just a heads up to anyone out there shopping at Publix and wanting to purchase Progresso soups. Keep you eye out for a tear pad near the soup display. At my new favorite Publix, they had a tear pad of coupons (manufacturer I believe) for purchase two cans of Progresso soup and get one can of World Recipes soup for free. And since the sale is BOGO this week, that will get you two free cans of soup! On top of that, there is the $1.00 off Publix store coupon on the Italian days flyer so that’s 4 cans of soup for $1.29!!!!!

I can’t find the Dove deodorant coupons in the RP insert on 1/30/11. I had two RP inserts and there are coupons for the men’s and nothing for the body mist nor deodorant. Let me know if this is the right insert. Thanks, Vicki

Hi Monica! Thank you for the kind words 🙂 The Dove Publix coupon is no longer available. It expired after this past Friday (2/18).. it was on the old Green Advantage flyer. There is a new Green Advantage flyer that started up yesterday and I will have those coupons and matchups posted tomorrow. Regarding the Italian Coupon Sheet, most Publix stores (not all..) have the sheet hanging from a cardboard display. The location of the display will vary per store. My store had the coupons by all of the Italian Days sales items.. Let me know if you have any more questions! Good luck!
