I’m new to CVS .. Are ECB’s “CVS Reward Points” ? I thought those points were good for “future” purchases ??
My son works at CVS and he didn’t have these in his store or know about it. He said they are probably the ones that are 99 cents and his store doesn’t carry them.
Jen, you have to put the money out at first but in the long run they are free. If there is anything else you need at that time they let you use the ECB’s on your next purchase.
How can you purchase 15 if there is a limit of five?
You can do the deal 5 times, that give you a total of 15 bags 🙂 I am going to try to do it on the way to get my kids from school and if it works free snacks for them 🙂
One of my local stores didn’t carry that size bag. They had bags that were priced at 1.29 that I tried, but they didn’t work. They said someone else tried it too but they knew nothing about it.
I have been to three CVS stores in Hillsborough County and they said they have never even seen that size bag carried in the store. I also tried the $1.29 size bag but it did not work.
I just went to a CVS in St. Pete and tried it with the $1.29 bags as well… They didn’t come up for $1, but I did get $1 ECB!
My CVS didn’t have the chips either, it did work on the peanuts but they were .50 each, so I paid $1.50 for 3 and got $1 ECB, so that was ok.
Yeah I tried to buy these at the CVS near me…they weren’t 3/1.00, they were .99 cents each. I would get the $1 ECB back, but $2 for a three teeny bags of chips isn’t a deal. 🙁
I tried 2 also and they don’t carry that size.
