I have a confession to make. While I love my vegetables and fruits (especially veggies), and while I try to eat my veggies healthily (i.e. no calorie laden sauces, no ranch salad dressings, etc etc), I also LOVE baked goods. These cookies are one of my favorites store bought desserts. I love them because while they are not homemade, they are always soft and thick frosting always tastes fresh.
