From what I can tell, tonight is the last new episode of Extreme Couponing. I can’t say that I’m sad about that. This show has definitely changed the way most stores are viewing their coupon policies and I think that “normal” couponers like you and me are under quite a bit more scrutiny because of the actions of some of the Extreme Couponers. That said, I do enjoy watching the show. I know many of you do not and I get that. But, I enjoy reality TV – especially reality TV that involves trainwrecks. I mean seriously, do you need to have a stockpile valued at $30,000? At what point does your stockpile make you worthy of going on the show Hoarders?
Nonetheless, I have had a really fun time chatting with you all and reading all of your comments (good, bad and often funny) on Addicted to Saving’s Facebook page on Wednesday nights. The new episode of Extreme Couponing airs at 9:30 pm EST tonight on TLC. If you all are interested in chatting again tonight, I will be on Addicted to Saving’s Facebook page at 9:30 and will leave a status update – once you start watching, feel free to leave comments under the status and we can chat throughout the 30 minute show. If you want to participate, make sure you already “like” Addicted to Saving on Facebook. (If you don’t, go HERE to “like Addicted to Saving.) Then, at 9:30 pm EST, look for my status update and then chat away! See you tonight!
**I am also open to doing weekly chats throughout the summer on other topics like Coupon Organization, How to Use Coupons, etc etc. If you are interested in that and if you have a topic you would like to see discussed, please leave a comment on this post. Thanks!

so glad the show is ending- I think the show has made it much more difficult for us couponers who are just trying to take care of our family and purchase normal amounts of products

coupon organization would be very helpful – this is the best of the on line coupon sites i have visited

I completely agree with Carisa! Would definetly be interested in weekly chats. Would like to talk about how I can find pricing info. Sometimes the price is WAY different than expected!
Addicted to Saving says
We can definitely talk about pricing in the future. Are you talking about differences in the prices that I show in Weekly Ads versus the prices you find in your local store?
