******Seven Main Notes to my readers :
1) If you are new to saving money at Publix, read my Intro to Publix post.
2) From time to time the print limit will be reached on printable coupons. You will know the print limit has been reached if you go to print a coupon and you receive an error message or the message that you have already printed the coupon – even if you haven’t.
3) When Publix has a Buy One Get One Sale, in order for most Floridians to receive the second item free, we have to buy both items. Many other states only have to buy one item and they will get that one item for half (50%) off.
4) For Floridians, if we use coupons 50 cents or less, our coupons are not doubled. Most other states will double coupons as long as they are 50 cents or less.
5) Publix accepts competitor store coupons! HOWEVER, each Publix accepts different competitors based on the proximity of the competitor’s location. Ask your Publix who they consider as competitors!
6) If you live in Florida, our sales cycle starts on Thursdays

I’m slow this morning and I’m already on my second cup of coffee! 😉 Okay – so the first caveat is that this scenario is assuming you live in the “land of true BOGOs.” If that is the case, then if you buy four boxes, you are paying for two boxes and getting two boxes free right? So, when you use the B2G1 coupon, the coupon will “cover” the cost of one box. So, you will get four boxes for the price of one. Does that make sense?
It gets trickier with my scenario two. I’m telling you to buy six boxes. With this you will pay for three boxes and get three boxes free. Well, when you use two B2G1 coupons, the cost of two boxes will be “covered” with the coupons. So for this scenario you will pay for one box and get five boxes free.
Let me know if you want me to explain further or differently. I don’t mind at all! 🙂

Haha. Mine hurts too. For 12 boxes, use 4 coupons, get 12 boxes for the price of two. 😉
If it is a 2 or $6 can I use two bogo coupons or am I limited to 1 bogo coupon? If it is a bogo coupon can I use another manufacture coupon on the item i am getting for free?

Sorry! Let me re phrase it…if the sale is 2 for $6, am i able to use two BOGO coupons on the two items?
Hi Jason! Okay, if you are buying two items you can only use one BOGO coupon. So, if the sale is 2/$6.00, after using the BOGO coupon, you will get both items for $3.00 or $1.50 each. OR – if you want to use two coupons, buy 4 items, use one BOGO coupon and get everything for $1.50. Hope that helps! 🙂

Liza, on the B1G1F Gillette Body Wash Cpn. Can I also use the $2 off cpns as well.
The items are $2 for 6. Maybe I can use one of the $2 off cpns?
so I would get $3 off for the B1G1 and $2 off and so I would only pay $1 for 2 body washes? Do you think I could use both the $2 off? Also, is there a way other than checking back under these comments to know when there are comments after ours? Thanks, Vicki
I believe that you should be able to use the BOGO coupon with one $2/1 coupon when you purchase two items. I have seen Liza post this type of scenario before (you can search her site for “Tornados”…that’s the main item I have seen her post many many times before). I don’t understand the logic or reasoning or which coupon attaches to what but I know it works. I’m sorry if that doesn’t make sense. 🙂
Take back what I said above. A friend of mine tried to do the same type of transaction at Publix this morning (it was the Gillette deal). The manager told her that they no longer allow this. He also told her that the register automatically will kick it back and not accept a manuf. bogo coupon with a manuf. $x.xx/1 coupon. She called a few stores in our area (Palm Harbor/Oldsmar) and all of the stores she called told her the same thing.
I couldn’t get the Tombstone coupon–am I doing something wrong? When I click the link then check off that coupon and go to print, it asks me to log on as cindydickerson or something. Can you help?

Today i went to Publix (Pinellas Park)and, i was trying to use 1 (BOGO coupon) and 1 ($1 Off coupon)on the philadelphia cooking creme and the manager did not let use both. She sad that Publix only allow 1 manufacture coupon in this case, so she asked me to choose one of the coupon. After that i call 1800 Publix and they confirm that information. So sad! 🙁

Even when I log in as myself it says There are no prints available for this campaign. I’ve never gotten this coupon to print for any of the times its been posted.
if you go on coupon search i printed a 1.50 off coupon for any resolve in wash stain remover it only let me print one but w/the /75 cent off coupon too it will come to .74 cents or .37 cents for two!!!
Hi Carol! Good find except I don’t think the coupon covers the item on sale.. That said, if I see that it does, I will add the coupon to my matchups 🙂
There is also a $1.00 off of any two Pantene shampoo, conditioner or Styling aids Sweetbay Coupon. Not sure where I got this from but I found it in my binder!
Will Publix take the $5 Target GC for buying the toilet paper/paper towels coupon? Will they actually give a Publix GC if we use this coupon? Can we use it in conjunction with the B1G1 Charmin coupon?

I tried to tho crysta light scenario , buying 4 ( BOGO) and using 4 manufacters coupons and the target coupon ($1 off 3).My publix would not take the Target coupon, citing that was like a manufacture’s coupon and not a store coupon. Is that right? btw- thanks for your great website!
Hi Liz! The $1.00/3 Target coupon is a store coupon – not a manufacturer’s coupon – so your Publix should have accepted it (assuming your Publix accepts Target coupons). If you look at the top of your $1/3 coupon, do you see that it says “Target Store Coupon” or “Retailer Coupon”? That means that it is a store coupon NOT a manufacturer coupon. If it was a manufacturer coupon, it would say “Manufacturer’s Coupon” on the top.. 🙂 Let me know if you have any further questions! Did you try asking a manager or customer service about the coupon?
