So many of you ask me how to save money on fresh produce. My rule of thumb for produce shopping is to focus on the sales your store has but to also purchase produce not at grocery stores but at local farmstands and farms. I found this great website called LocalHarvest.org. You can plug your zipcode in and find a list of local farms, farmer’s markets, CSAs and more. You might want to check it out if you are looking to buy local produce and save money at the same time!
