Publix is no longer carrying Land O Lakes in the deli…only the presliced/prepackaged….bummer!
Penny – I didn’t realize that! That is a bummer! To my knowledge Sweetbay Supermarket still sells it at the deli. (If you have a Sweetbay near you) 🙂
I just e-mailed Publix about this very same travesty. Their “Publix brand” replacement is DISGUSTING. Not to mention, the deli worker didn’t even tell me that he was giving me something other than the L-O-L white American I asked for. I threw an entire 1/2 lb away. I urge you to e-mail Publix too and let them know you’re unhappy with the removal of the L-O-L cheese from their deli!
I HATE Publix cheeses too! They leave a bitter aftertaste, my 7 yo granddaughter spit it out!!! That’s nasty cheese.
