Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope all of you have a wonderful day today and that you take a moment to really appreciate all of the blessings you have! I’ve had an amazing day thus far – I was able to run the 5k and 10k Turkey Trot and now am home starting to cook my favorite casseroles to go along with our Thanksgiving meal later today. Oh – I also have the Dog Show on right now which is heaven on earth for me. 🙂
I wanted to spend a quick moment to thank all of you for your support and for being awesome readers. You all play such a pivotal part of my life and I think about helping you save money from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to bed. I thank all of you for reading my posts and bearing with me when I make typos or post a deal that is gone within 1 second. It has been a really fun ride since I started Addicted to Saving back in October 2009. And a huge thank you to those of you have stuck with me from the beginning (you know who you are ;)).
I will be online on and off today posting some awesome deals but primarily I am going to try to enjoy the day with family. Tomorrow, however, is a different story. I will be up bright and early posting Black Friday online deals for you. Saturday I will do the same as will I on Cyber Monday. And, I’ve recruited my hubby to help so he and I will be shooting deals at you left and right. Get excited. 🙂
And one more time – thank you for all of your kindness, support and encouragement. I work a lot (perhaps too much) but all of you give me the energy and enthusiasm to continue blogging day in and day out. I love my job and it is because of you.

My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. I launched Addicted to Saving in November of 2009 and it has grown by leaps and bounds. Since then, my hubby and I have struggled with the ups and downs of two failed adoptions and are now LOVING being parents to our little man Asher who we brought home from Ethiopia in August of 2013.
