Photo Show and Tell – Publix 1/20/12

I did my weekly Publix shopping trip today.  I’m not going to lie – I’m a bit disappointed with the sales lately.  This week showed some good sales but nothing like I wanted.  I REALLY want a sales week like this one HERE.  This week I didn’t buy a ton of produce besides the raspberries and apples.  I did buy two Butternut Squash (I’ve never made butternut squash soup but I plan to this week) and one Spaghetti Squash to use with my homemade sauce and meatballs (another thing I plan on making this week).  All of the squash definitely added up but it will be worth it in the end.  I was pleased with the tuna sale as well as with all of the crackers sales.  And I did buy 10 boxes of Weight Watchers Smart Ones although you can’t quite tell from the picture. I also did the $50.00 gas card deal although I did not include that in my totals below since I don’t include gas in my grocery budget. 😉
