**UPDATE – when you try to do this deal, look underneath the caps of the Skintimate bottles – some bottles may include $2.00/1 peelies!! Thanks Melissa’s C 🙂

See the scenario below to take advantage of this deal! **Disclaimer – I have not tried this deal yet and I do know that CVS may change the criteria of this sale so I can not promise it will last long.

Also, at my CVS here in AZ there were $2.00 off peelies on 4 of the cans! Be on the look out for those. $8 of overage = not too shabby!

There’s a limit of 100? or 2?
Addicted to Saving says
Nora – Lee – Thus far the limit has been 100!! I know – you would have thought I made a typo!! **The limit is subject to change and I suspect it will.

CVS does not give money back to you when there is overage, correct? Or am I wrong? I don’t really do drugstore shopping because I always forget to use those ECBs but I could use some shaving cream!!

Also I just went to CVS a few min ago and used the bogo Lady Speedstick coupons, they are on sale for 1.99 each, plus spend 12.00 you get 6.00 ecb back, well when she rang up my bogo coupons it gave me 3.99 off instead of 1.99 since 3.99 is the regular price of the deodorant. I got 8 sticks, used 4 coupons, paid .04 plus tax, and got my 6.00 ecb back….

I went to one of my cvs’s and got 8 at one store, went to the register and it was a young male, i gave him the deodorants and he scanned my coupons first and ended up paying 1.11 for tax. I went to a second store because at first store i could only get 2 deodorants for myself and 6 for my husband. I wanted to get more for myself. Second store had plenty for woman and i went to register and when she didnt even scan my coupons. She just wrote down 1.99 sale price instead of retail. so it would have been some bucks out of pocket. :/

In my experience with CVS, they wont give you cash back, but if you have other items in your purchase, the overage is applied to those products. As long as you total doesnt go below $0 you should be fine. I did that a few weeks ago when they had the Mentos UP2U Gum BOGO for $1.50 combined with the $1/1 coupon

I just got back from my CVS in Venice, FL. The deal did not work for me on the shave gel. I bought 1 for $4.19 and no coupons because I didn’t have any in my insert. No extra bucks printed out. I was really disappointed that I wound up paying full price, but I did need shave gel, so it’s not so bad.
