Publix Weekly Ad and Coupon Matchups 4/9/12 - 4/18/12 or 4/9/12 - 4/17/12

This week’s Publix weekly ad is starting on Monday for all of us (regardless of where you live) since their stores are closed on Easter Sunday. There are some good deals this week although there are not a ton of stockpile deals jumping out at me. Please leave a comment if you see any missing coupons, unadvertised deals or typos!

******Six Main Notes to Publix Shoppers:

1) From time to time the print limit will be reached on printable coupons. You will know the print limit has been reached if you go to print a coupon and you receive an error message, a message stating you have already printed the coupon, or you just don’t see the coupon.
2) When Publix has a Buy One Get One Sale, in order for Floridians to receive the second item free, we have to buy both items. Many other states only have to buy one item and they will get that one item for half (50%) off. Most matchups below are based on “True BOGOs.”
3) For Floridians, if we use coupons 50 cents or less, our coupons are not doubled. Many other states will double coupons as long as they are 50 cents or less.
4) Publix accepts competitor store coupons! HOWEVER, each Publix accepts different competitors based on the proximity of the competitor’s location. Ask your Publix who they consider as competitors.
5) If you live in Florida, our sales cycle starts on Thursdays

In the first paragraph of the ad type-up, at the bottom it says that this ad runs through Sat,the 7th, since they are closed on Easter Sunday.. but the ad runs through to next week (Tuesday for me)… so I just wanted to let you know about the mistake.. Thank you for all you do, Liza!!! 🙂

I don’t comment too much, but I did see a couple of things I wanted to mention. Under the Kraft cheese (50% off) you have this listed: -$1/1 Kraft Natural Chunk Cheese @Publix, exp. 4/8/12 (SS 04/01/12 R) . That coupon expired yesterday before the ad started, so I’m assuming we can’t use it.

Also, with the Voskos sale, there is also a Publix $1 off 3 coupon that is in the new Yellow Advantage flier that started on Saturday (I don’t see the matchup with that ad yet). I just bought some Voskos coupons on Ebay to go along with the Publix Q and the $1 sale. That way I can get a bunch of this yogurt @ 3 for a $1. My hubby loves it!
