do you have to be on the auto ship for a certain number of times before you can cancel it?
The way I understood it, you sign up for autoship, but can cancel at anytime. I didn’t read any exclusions to the rule.
You can cancel immediately. Years ago when I did this the did try and pressure me to stay but was able to cancel. There are reports on http://www.ripoffreport.com that say sometimes they have still shipped and billed coffee after cancellation.

i just orderd mine. There is no more coffee left so I had to pick the Tea. I will cancel once I recieve the shipment
I just ordered mine and I was able to select coffee. I tried to order it on Tuesday, but the checkout process never worked. On a whim, tried it this morning and it worked!
