Zaycon emailed me over the weekend to let me know that they are returning to my area with 93/7 Lean Ground Beef for $3.29/lb AND Cooked White 31/40 Shrimp for $5.79/lb AND Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for $1.99/lb! Zaycon Foods brings affordable, high quality meat, seafood and produce to cities across the U.S so make sure you have signed up to be on Zaycon Foods email list!

You will want to freeze much of your meat and seafood so that you can live off of it for months to come. OR, you could always split the order with a friend or neighbor!
