I am new to Walgreens and have been trying to learn their system (I’m a CVS gal lol). Is this the type of scenario where you’d also have to get a filler item, b/c it would be 2 coupons? Or do the in-ad q’s not count toward the q total? Thanks!
Hi Claire! Great question! Walgreens is totally tricky because of their requirement of filler items. But, fortunately for this deal, their in-ad or store coupons do not count as manufacturer coupons so you will not need a filler item. The best tip I can give regarding Walgreens is that they only allow one manufacturer coupon per item. And, RRs (Register Rewards) count as manufacturer coupons. So, make sure you don’t have more RRs and manufacturer coupons (coupons you print or cut out from inserts) than the items you are buying.
