Photo Show & Tell: California Pizza Kitchen, Jimmy Dean Delights, Quaker Grits and MORE

I can not believe another week has come and gone.  I know it seems like I say this every week, but time really flies doesn’t it?  This week Publix had some great stock-pile worthy deals.  I’m struggling with taking advantage of deals that I can’t eat.  I haven’t shared this much, but I have been gluten-free and mostly dairy free for over 3 weeks now.  I’m feeling great and cooking at least two meals a day using produce from our coop.  I haven’t struggled much with temptation for non-gluten free foods until nights like tonight when I made hubby a a frozen California Pizza Kitchen 😉  Hubby is a great sport though – he eats gluten free meals just as happily as his pizza tonight..well, except for the homemade black bean burgers I made earlier this week.  Hubby had just one bite.  He said they looked and tasted like piles of dried cow dung.  Gotta love it.
