Target will be giving away a limited number of FREE reusable bags for Earth Day this year! It may not be worth a trip just for the bag, but if you need to make a Target run anyway, I’d head there early. They will only be giving out a limited number of bags. They will also have coupon books available with over $40 in coupons! This article says they will start handing them out on Sunday 4/21/13 at 10 am. Although Target’s website states that they will be given out on Earth Day, 4/22/13. To be sure, call and ask your local Target if they are participating and when.
Also, don’t forget that when you bring your own bags while shopping at Target you get $0.05 off per bag and 5% off your purchase when using the Target REDcard.
