I thought it might be fun to get a bit of discussion going this gray, balmy Friday. I’m curious as to what your favorite deal was for the month of June. It can be anything – a free sample you got in the mail, a deal you got at your local drugstore or grocery store, a high value coupon that scored you a great deal, a purchase you made online, etc etc. Inquiring minds want to know!
I will start the dialogue and I really want to hear your favorite June deal! 🙂 My favorite deal is split between two freebies. (Of course I can’t narrow my answer down to one thing! ;)) My first favorite deal was the FREE Bounty Paper Towels at Target (go HERE). My second favorite deal was the FREE plus OVERAGE Smart Balance Milk Deal at Publix (go HERE). It is usually IMPOSSIBLE to score paper towel or milk deals so I was thrilled to get both for free!! I am kicking myself that I didn’t order more paper towel coupons from Coupon Clippers before they sold out because I would have loved to get even more for free!!
Now it’s your turn. What is the highlight for June for you?

My favorite deal was the free Stayfree pads @ CVS. My neighbor just had a baby and is having a really hard time financially, so I was able to get her $25 worth of maxipads for $.79 🙂

My favorite June Deal was getting 2 bags of Organic sugar completely free from this amazing coupon Wholesome Sweeteners was giving away at a festival I photographed. My second favorite even though I really don’t need razors anymore (I am doing laser hair removal) was the 3 free schick hydro razors I scored-will be giving to my sister =)

i loved the milk deal as well. I didn’t think I would like smart balance. I am a whole milk kind of gal. but OH my gosh. It is so good. I am thinking about switching to smart balance now. My son and I made blue berry muffins with the free blueberries from publix (even though we have two fruitstands, lol) and we had warm blueberry muffins, with butter and a glass of cold milk. delicious!
and my next favorite was the .89 cent razors. My brother is going through an emotionally hard time, and I was able to give him 5 of these. I feel like it’s kind of a little pick me up for him. he says the gilette fusion proglide with the battery is the best shave he’s ever gotten. LOL I have never seen a guy get so excited about a razor before.

I would have to say the razor deals were my favorite. I will be putting them to the side with all the Old Spice and Gillette body wash deals I’ve gotten. I’ll be making holiday gift baskets for my church to give to families in the area that may be struggling. I’ll be hitting the dollar stores in my area to try to score some cheap baskets and will fill with any toiletries products for men and women I can overstock on. People always give toys but forget about the older teens and young adults…everyone deserves a gift at the holidays! I’ll be stockpiling as much as I can until them, so keep posting Liza. You’re helping more then you know:)

so glad to hear that you liked the milk Carmen, I havent tried mine yet. I got two free.
I was able to pick up a bunch of ecotrin at walgreens, can’t remember if it was free or a moneymaker, and give it to my neighbor who uses it. He let me pick a freezer full of blueberries from his farm!!! Great trade:)

I would definitely say that it had to the be the Smart Balance milk. My family drinks lots of milk, so this was a great deal. The first time I went to Publix to get the milk, they were out so I got a raincheck for four deals, good for one month. So now I can use my other Smart Balance coupons on the new milk in a few weeks!

I have to go with the smart balance. I NEVER thought a deal would come out for free/moneymaker on milk. I find it a bit sweet, but it’s great to use in recipes, etc. I also love that it has a long shelf life. And I can always freeze what I don’t use.

The smart balance milk, the hydro shaving cream, the egg whites, the free coffee cream (intl coffee and baileys), the blueberries and the veggie burgers from morning star..those were the best. The milk has an incredible taste. Thanks Lisa for all your help, and to you all for your tips..Let’s hope for another great month!
God Bless !

How come nobody mentioned the free M & Ms at CVS? That was my absolute favorite (I finally got to try the new pretzel ones!) Also, the free Fisher Fusion nuts at Publix (my pantry is stocked full of these).
Liza, thanks so much for the heads-up on these deals.
