    I am in 8th grade and started helping my parents with couponing so that we could save money and be able to afford certain items/programs for my online high school classes.

    Unfortanutely, this year my school is requiring that we have our own laptops due to the computer availability, and budget cuts our school has been facing this past year.Due to that I may not be able to participate in online classes and recieve credits to finish High School 3 years before the rest of my peers do as I am trying to get a PHD in Veterinary Sciences.

    Hopefully more oppurtunities come around like this one as I’m sure in this economy many people are having problems with such a small piece of technology that can make such an impact on where your education can take you.

    I would like to win the laptop because my mother has a 1998 Compaq Presario computer that although it works, most of the time it dies on her while she’s trying to do anything. Also, my dad is unemployed so he has to have his unemployment page brought up at least once a week. I would love to be able to help them out by winning the laptop so they can enjoy life again.     I’m currently using a laptop with a semi-broken screen. It’s either completely black or vertical lines that take up 1/4 of the screen on the right. It’s not a priority to fix at the moment so winning a new one would be awesome!

    My sweet daughters got a hand me down computer last year for their school work, and right in the middle of a presentation (actually the night before the pres), the mother board went out. Sadly, my oldest daughter lost all the work she and her friends had put into it. Also, she lost her ability to skype with her father who is stationed in Korea. We can’t afford a new one, but we sure wish we could be blessed enough to win one.

    I would love to win the lap top for me or my daughter. I home school and have health issues which limit me staying in one position for very long. With a laptop I can move around from place to place so I am changing position. I’ve been borrowing my son’s laptop but he needs it back for school. My daughter could use it too, since her computer is so old it is constantly crashing and she also has been using her brother’s laptop. Would make life a bit easier.

    I have one daughter in a top 50 private college, another looking at ivy league.I work in the travel industry and havent had a raise in 4 years due to economy. We have two cars over 12 years old each and the third car is being jumked as it is now unfixable. It would be so nice to have something new!

    I would love to win this computer. My husband away 2 yrs ago today & it’s been the most devasting thing of my life. I’ve also been in & out of the hospital for myelodysplastic syndrome & a total knee. My laptop is 8 yrs old & on the fritz. Since subscribing to Addicted to Savings I’ve been abe to save a lot on a fixed income. It taught me how to get the biggest bang for my buck & I’ve been teaching my daughters how to do couponing too!
