I’m not sure if the piece is airing at 5 or 5:30, but Don Germaise was at our Addicted to Saving 101 class in Oldsmar. Don surprised me in the fact that he totally understands couponing – and he even shared a few secrets with me which I LOVED!! It was a small class and to the ladies attending today, thank you so much for graciously allowing the cameras to be there! My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. I launched Addicted to Saving in November of 2009 and it has grown by leaps and bounds. Since then, my hubby and I have struggled with the ups and downs of two failed adoptions and are now LOVING being parents to our little man Asher who we brought home from Ethiopia in August of 2013. I kept the news on for the entire hour just to make sure that I didn’t miss it! Didn’t notice any chipped polish either, lol! You know, this is the 1st that I had heard about you & what you do, but I have been clipping coupons, but never was able to save that much. After hearing what you said about not shopping for the meals I want to make, but instead planning meals around what I have, I think I can do alot better! Thanks so much!

I saw your story tonight and it was great! I can’t thank you enough for all the tips and shopping “help” you give to all of us! I went to Publix this week and my total was $190 but with all my coupons and BOGO offers you suggested, I only paid $106!!! YIPEEEE!!! Even my husband did a little dance! Thank you again- you are such a blessing to all of us!
