If you are new to using coupons and shopping at Publix, then I know getting started may be overwhelming. I wanted to try to help you out. I’m going to give you a mock grocery list using this week’s current Publix sales ad. I’m not giving you a ton of items to buy, but I thought that if I showed you 6 or 7 items to buy using coupons it may help you get the hang of it. The grocery list I’ve made you includes only printable coupons and two Publix store flyers. That way, if you are new to gathering and stashing your Sunday newspaper inserts, you won’t have to worry about not having coupons for the sale items! ALL of these items are on sale right now at Publix so if you want to get your feet wet on couponing, the items should be easy for you to find and buy! 1 lb Ground Chuck priced at $2.69/lb. Total $2.69
1 Box Scotties Tissue on sale $0.99. Use one $1/1 printable (make sure you say you are NOT a regular Scotties user – otherwise you will not get the $1.00 coupon)

If you decide to add fruits and veggies or other staples that you need, feel free to. I gave you this list because it has a lot of dirt cheap items and freebies. When you stock up on these items, you should have extra money left in your weekly grocery budget to put towards produce, meat, milk or other necessities!
