I asked the Staples chat operator about the deal, and he took the $$ off after I placed the order. I just had to give him my order number

I spoke with a customer service person too and he said it must be a coupon code, although I said it just came off automatically and he wouldn’t give me the discount! grr
well, I have tried this also, and only the 1- $5 off coupon will work. the one that is for the $15 will not. i did the chat w/ the representive online and he said to call the customer service number, which i did. After holding for nearly 10 mins, she advised me that apparently there is glich and will not process the $15 credit. 🙁 BOO!
