I am not a big networker. My husband is. I stumbled across Working Women of Tampa Bay over the summer and ever since I have been a loyal member. Working Women of Tampa Bay is a networking group for women. I love this group so much because you can be as involved or not so involved as you want. There are so many events you can plug yourself into – literally one a day if not more. Or, if you want to sit at home behind your computer screen (like me ;)), you can network from home using Working Women of Tampa Bay’s Facebook page or website. Working Women of Tampa Bay just hit 4,700 Facebook Fans/Likers and I would love to send them some more fans. If you have your own business whether it is Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, real estate, law, insurance, house cleaning, etc etc, you should definitely check out their Facebook page! Or – if you are currently looking for a job, you might want to keep checking their page because occasionally I will read about companies looking to hire! My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed.
