For me, it became a tedious task, which took too much time. Now I use a portable filing box with all of my flyers dated and separated with pendaflex folders. I constantly check addictedtosaving’s website, so I clip before I go, taking only my envelope, leaving my bulky box at home. If the store has an unadvertised deal, or super good clearance and I don’t have the coupons with me, the stores (especially Target and Publix) are really good about taking my coupons after the fact at customer service as long as I have my receipt.

I have a portable box I purchased at Office Depot that hold pendaflex files. It works well because I use the Addicted For Savings database when I need to find a coupon. Thanks for all your ideas and for helping us match up coupons with the sales for each week.

I put all Red Plums, Smart Source, P&G, store flyers, etc in their own sheet protectors. Sort of a combo of both your methods. I use your database to find coupons and cut them out before heading to Publix.

(I don’t have patience!) I bought a big plastic tub 16 X 22 X 6 and file my coupons in marked envelopes by categories (such as breakfast, snacks, dairy, drinks, etc). First section is food, second section is non-food. I also put the paper enevelope in a plastic pencil case. I just plop my coupons in each envelope (I hear the screams now) No, it’s not very organized in each envelope but it’s a lot faster for me. I use my time wisely waiting for appointments-I get rid of all expired coupons. (Yes, I get weird looks from the doctor’s office-but it works for me. Hope that helps all of you that don’t have the time (or expense) for binders. Do whicheverr makes YOUR life easier!
