I am looking for bakers who have cookie recipes you would like to share!! Ideally I would like to post one cookie recipe a day until Christmas Eve and I need your help. Here’s the kicker though, I want to post your recipes along with a picture of your cookies so that we all know what our cookies should look like when we bake your recipe! So – if you are interested, get baking and please start emailing me! If I don’t get enough recipes for one per day, I will spread them out through the next couple of weeks. Email me at addicted to saving @ hotmail dot com (all one word). Email me your recipe fully typed out as well as a picture of your cookies. I will then start posting recipes as soon as you all start sending them to me and once I reach the limit, I will let you all know.

My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. I launched Addicted to Saving in November of 2009 and it has grown by leaps and bounds. Since then, my hubby and I have struggled with the ups and downs of two failed adoptions and are now LOVING being parents to our little man Asher who we brought home from Ethiopia in August of 2013. I’ll make traditional Christmas cookies from South Africa. They are a kind of sugar cookie only a bit different. However, I’ll need till after the weekend to bake them, photograph them and send you the e-mail.
