There are new ads out for Back to School deals, including Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, and Target. Check out the below for a list of the full deals. Over the weekend we saw the Back to School Sales Tax Holiday for many states, so check out my post HERE to see when your state is participating.

Remember that you can do an easy cross reference check of particular school supplies by using the Item Search feature.  For instance, below I searched “NOTEBOOKS” and it yielded 39 results for all the stores featured on Addicted to Saving (screenshot below).

This is a great way to quickly find a certain item that you’re looking for, so take advantage!

My interview with Stacie Schaible talking about saving on Back-to-School Shopping at Target & Walmart!

I recently began writing Back-to-School related articles for News Channel 8. Today’s article was all about stocking up on back-to-school deals that we are finding right now. This time of year we will find the best deals on back to school related items like pens, pencils, glue sticks, notebooks, etc etc.  When you find deals on these items, stock up! What do I consider a stockpile price? If you are able to save over 50% – especially if you are able to save over 50% and use a coupon – then stock up.  Stock up on enough pens and pencils so that you don’t have to pay full price later this year or early next year if your child runs out.  AND, if you find an especially awesome deal, stock up on enough of that item so that you don’t have to buy it for next year’s school shopping!
