Coupons.com has two new $1.00/1 Udi’s Gluten Free Foods coupons you can print out. They are both $1.00/1 coupons. One coupon is specified to use at Publix and the other is specified to use at Whole Foods. Go HERE to print out both coupons, click “Foods” category to access quickly. (I found these coupons under zipcode 34655)

**Start gathering your November expired coupons! You don’t need to send them until after October 31st. I will need all November expired coupons by December 10th**
By now you should know that I send out expired coupons to a military base in Italy every month. I don’t know about you, but every month, I have TONS of expired coupons that I typically throw away. I did some research online and found that I can send my expired coupons to military families overseas and they will use the coupons at their commissary and PX or BX (these are basically department stores that sell all non-food items).
Since I started saving money using coupons over a year ago now, I have been blessed ten-fold. My spending on groceries has decreased drastically and I now have more food, toiletries, etc than I would have ever imagined. I want to bless others now. So, instead of throwing away my expired coupons, I will send them to an overseas military base once a month. Would you like to help? If you are interested in participating with me, I would love for you to send me your expired coupons. Every month I will post a reminder and will give all of you 7 days to gather your expireds and mail them to me. Then, once I receive all of your coupons, I will ship them out to a military base.
Below are the requirements if you are interested in helping:
1) Mail your expired coupons to: Addicted to Saving, PMB 105, 8348 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654
2) Send me all coupons that expired ON or AFTER October 1st. (Commissaries will accept older expireds, but I’m only going to send one month old coupons since I will do this once a month)
3) Do not send me printable coupons and do not send store coupons (i.e. Target, Publix, Walgreens etc) because commissaries overseas will not accept them.
4) Please Please Please cut your coupons out and then separate your coupons into two categories Food & Nonfood. If you mail all of your coupons to me in one envelope, use an elastic or paperclip to keep the two categories separated. Food is considered anything eaten by humans.. Food is also considered gum. Nonfood is toiletries, dogfood or catfood (since it’s not consumed by humans), vitamins, medicine, etc.
That’s it! I will do the rest of the work! I need all of your coupons in my hand by December 10th!

This Sunday there should be one insert in our papers. We should see one P&G (Proctor & Gamble) insert. Sunday Coupon Preview has the previews listed for all inserts. Go HERE to see a list of all of the potential coupons we should see this Sunday.
You will want to buy at least two newspapers on Sunday so that if the stores you shop at have a Buy One Get One sale, you will be able to use two coupons on the two items you purchase! And, remember, the more duplicate coupons you have, the more you will be able to stockpile when your favorite item is dirt cheap! My tip for you (as always) is to check your newspapers BEFORE you buy them to make sure they have all both inserts. If you live in the Tampa Bay area, the St Pete Times has been notorious for leaving out inserts. So, check your newspapers to make sure you are getting everything before you purchase it! Also – remember that every region has different coupons so we may not see each and every coupon.

Amy emailed me about these new printable coupons on Cooking with Kraft. These coupons state that they are “Retailer Coupons”, however, there are no LU#s so I am thinking these coupons will be treated like manufacturer coupons. That said, if I were you, I would ask customer service if they will accept these coupons like store coupons or like manufacturer coupons. Go HERE to print out the coupons below:
