This week’s Photo Show & Tell is a special one to me because this is the last Photo Show & Tell I will be typing up for a while! Hubby is graciously taking over all Addicted to Saving duties while I’m in Ethiopia and you all will have the pleasure of reading his thoughts and his shopping prowess on his Photo Show & Tells starting next week 🙂
To be honest with you, these past two weeks I have barely cooked anything. I’ve relied mostly on frozen foods and hubby and I have also eaten out at friends houses and at restaurants. You all know that normally I try to eat really healthy and that my meals usually consist primarily of produce from the coop we belong to. Well, I’ve been a bit all over the place the past two weeks preparing for my trip and thus, the busyness mixed with my stress eating has caused our healthy eating to fall by the wayside. I will be interested to see how hubby eats while I’m gone. I told him that it might be fun to challenge himself to eat off of our stockpile (don’t feel bad for him – we have TONS of food stockpiled away).. We’ll see what he ends up doing!
