In case you missed it, I was on ABC 10 Action News this morning talking about Back to School shopping! As you know, I have been bombarding you with back to school deals! Hopefully, if you head out shopping this weekend with the hopes of taking advantage of the Sales Tax Holiday (if you live in Florida), you will go armed with a gameplan, sales fliers and coupons! Because remember, while you are saving this weekend on sales tax, you really want to save more than that by shopping the sales and using your coupons! 😉

This past week was super busy! In fact, here it is Monday morning and I’m wondering what happened to my weekend! 🙂 Hopefully you all had a wonderful weekend and you are feeling refreshed as you start a new week!
So – part of my week last week was getting a last minute call to speak as a “Savings Expert” at ABC Action News in Tampa. I had a ton of fun meeting everyone – especially Deiah Reily who is so nice – and shooting the piece that is scheduled to air this Wednesday, 5/25 on ABC Action News in the morning. I am not sure on the exact time it will air – I believe between 6 am and 7 am??
Some of you may recall that a few weeks ago I asked what you would like to see me film each week. You all gave me so many great ideas and it is my goal to start providing you with one video a week. I will give you a disclaimer – I’m not a huge fan of video cameras. My husband is. So, he loves it when I have these kind of opportunities because I personally think he enjoys watching me squirm. 🙂 He is, however, extremely supportive so I can’t write too many bad things.. That said, he video taped me before and after the shoot so you will have to excuse my nerves. 😉
I will post a link to the official news piece once it goes live. (As long as there is a link for me to use.)

You may remember that last spring and summer I had quite a few video blogs posted. (Go HERE to see them :)) Well, we are in the midst of planning more videos to shoot and post. I would love some ideas from you guys as to what you would like to see me talk about/video/etc etc! Do you want to see coupon tips? Behind the scenes Addicted to Saving action? Stockpiles?
