**Today’s shopping trip coincides with this week’s Publix 3/18/10 – 3/24/10 sale cycle. To see this week’s Publix sales and coupon matchups, go Here! Today, my great friend Kara and I hit up Target and Publix together. We had a blast. There are some awesome sales right now and let me tell you, we both took FULL advantage of them. If you are new to couponing, there are some great deals at Publix this week that you should be able to participate in as well! I spent a total of $2.68 (including tax – it was $0.93 before tax) on everything in the picture above. One of the luxuries of stockpiling is that you can shop the sales each week knowing that you don’t really NEED anything. I have a full pantry so every week I focus on all of the really good deals to add to my stockpile. What a GREAT mail day. On my way out to the mail box (as I posted below) I received the Wii that was free, because of Swag Bucks, except for the $4.96 I had to pay towards the tax. Then, my mailbox was full of fun finds! I received April’s All You Magazine which is FULL of coupons, a Free Sub Coupon from Firehouse Subs because of my husband’s upcoming birthday, a $10.00 off one entree gift card from Bahama Breeze and a sampler box from P&G which included coupons, a sample of Pampers diapers, a sample of Tide detergent and a sample of Metamucil. Today is a VERY happy day for me. I went outside to get the mail and waiting for me on my doorstep was the Wii I ordered from Amazon.com earlier this week. I am happy because I never would have bought a Wii – the only money we spend on luxury items goes towards my running half marathons and for my husband to golf every now and then. So, electronics are definitely not one of our priorities. That said, I was able to get this Wii for $4.96. I spent $4.96 on a brand new, never used Wii. The rest of my transaction ($205.000) was paid by Swag Bucks! I know that by now you have seen I post about Swag Bucks almost on a daily basis. And in this picture, you can see why I LOVE Swag Bucks so much. From Swag Bucks, I have earned $205.00 worth of Amazon gift cards and I’m constantly earning more on a daily basis. How do I do this? I signed up for Swag Bucks (go Here to sign up) and I do searches on a daily basis using Swag Buck’s toolbar. Then, I am awarded Swag Bucks randomly throughout the day. Once I earn 450 Swag Bucks, I can redeem them towards a $5.00 Amazon Gift card. It is THAT EASY. On average, you should earn at least $5.00 a month and you can earn a ton more if you refer your friends.
