I jumped at the chance to participate in creating a Happy and Healthy Smile with Colgate Total Advanced products. My husband and I drink a lot of coffee. And for the past year, we have been juicing a lot of fruits and veggies including citrus fruits like limes, lemons, oranges and grapefruit. While I always knew that coffee stained teeth, I didn’t realize that citrus fruits can erode tooth enamel. Once I headed home, I excitedly opened up my new toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash to try them out. The Colgate Total 360 Toothbrush has firm bristles, but they are not so firm that your gums bleed. The Colgate Total Advanced Toothpaste has a fresh, minty flavor and it left my teeth feeling clean and smooth. And the Colgate Total Advanced Mouthwash is awesome. You know how some mouthwashes taste like alcohol? This mouthwash didn’t leave my mouth with an aftertaste of alcohol. Instead, it left my mouth feeling fresh!
For this challenge, I am supposed to use these Colgate products every day for at least 2 weeks. I’m currently on week 1 and loving it. Many of you know that last week I was in Ethiopia meeting the baby boy my husband and I are adopting. While there, I can’t admit that I took the best care of my teeth.
