Hi Carmen! A friend of mine contacted MacDill and they will supposedly accept and distribute expired coupons insert sheets. However, the organization I am working with only accepts cut coupons. At this point, I don’t have time to work with MacDill and the base overseas. I totally get what you are saying though. For now, I’m only sending coupons to Italy BUT if I get more time in the future, I will look into more options for those of us who don’t cut coupons until we need them.

I only cut the ones I need and I know this is for the troops and I should cut them for them, but if someone can use them without being cut, like if someone else only cuts the ones they use…then it’s a win/win situation. With the two little kids at home it’s really hard to do anything. 🙁
