I’m not a huge fan of this week’s CVS sale. I have you doing four very small transactions. It was the only way I could keep your out of pocket spending down. If you prefer to do just one transaction, you can! Just know that if you do one transaction, your out of pocket spending will be higher and you will be left with more Extra Care Bucks to use next time.
This post includes specific items you can purchase and coupons that you can use to maximize your dollar AND your Extra Care Bucks at CVS. If you have Extra Care Bucks leftover from last week, apply those towards your transactions to spend even less out of money!

**Also – Don’t forget that your ECBs will expire in a few weeks and if you let them expire, you are basically throwing away money. If you are concerned you will let them expire and you want to use them now, I would put your ECBs towards paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, etc which are hard to get dirt cheap!
